They will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates, providing career counselling services, conducting onboarding and training activities, and developing leadership programs for employees.

Furthermore, they must be capable of developing strong relationships with external partners and industry organizations to enhance the Dominion Group’s presence in the marketplace. They will be required to maintain accurate records and ensure that all services are delivered promptly.
